Steering Committee

At the heart of organising the European conference lies the Steering Committee — the driving force behind the project’s coordination and strategic direction. Together, we shape the vision and set the goals for the European Congress, while closely supporting and guiding the work of our Organising, Advisory, and Scientific Committees.

The Steering Committee combines the strengths of three key partners: the Flemish Nurse Association (offering expert content guidance), staff from Thomas More University of Applied Sciences (providing organisational leadership), and board members from Horatio (contributing international perspective and experience). By working together, we ensure a cohesive, inspiring, and well-organised congress that reflects shared values and diverse expertise.
